	For specific shows, I would contact that show's producer(s) first
(e.g., for Letterman, contact Worldwide Pants, Inc.). Otherwise, I
would contact her management at Spivak Sobol Entertainment (now part
of The Firm).
	Stock photo agencies (such as Corbis) may also have some publicity
stills, but these are probably secondhand. Your best bet there is to
try and contact the photographer(s) directly.
	Knowing a Hollywood insider probably wouldn't hurt, either. ;-)
	Be prepared to pay VERY big money (as in Lotto-jackpot prices for a
single 30-second clip), and/or face extremely tight restrictions on
use, as such companies are not run by the sort of folk who give away
these rights lightly. Bring a lawyer (seriously). Are you listening,
Koba?
	Oddly enough, Tori's entertainment coordinator is listed as
"Natashya Hawley". Don't be surprised if you find yourself
negotiating terms with a four-year-old. This is Hollywood, after all;
no doubt it's standard practice for some companies there to do six
impossible things before breakfast.
