But first, let me make one comment on the current vein of conversation on
the list. I, personally, believe that someone should be able to comment on any
group they want to on the list because it IS for the discussion of music, after
all. Granted, courtesy would ordain that you should try to keep it related or
to the level of You might like this person... but still. And no, I am not
saying that we should all start randomly posting about different artists. But
if someone thinks that say, so-and-so should cover Tori or vice versa, then by
all means say it. And we should not feel compelled to flame whomever said it
for liking that artist. I do not, myself, like music just in Tori's genre. My
cd collection ranges from very old Billy Joel up to Nitzer Ebb, and does, in
fact incluse Nine Inch Nails. *smile* So, really, does it matter if someone
likes another srtist? The reason I started listening to Tori in the first place
was because I bought the Crucify ep because I anted to hear her cover of Smells
Like Teen Spirit. But anyways.... enough of that. But I finally had to say
somehting, and it is at leats nice to have he list posting
     Change of subject....
Has anyone besides me noticed that male and female friends (or yourself
for that matter) tend to like different songs off of LE? One of my male friends
has commented that Mother is his favorite song. It's my least favorite. And he
also comments that most of the females he has talked to don't like it much
while most of the males do. Anyone care to speculate? And not just Mother in
particular; any song.
In an attempt to change the vein of discussion.....
