John told us about his MRI experience in digest 1968. So what you're trying
to tell us, John, is that they gave you a brain scan and they didn't find
anything? I could have told you that. *rolls eyes*
Ahem.
I guess it's nice to know there's nothing wrong with you, just a lack of
fresh air (or any air for that matter) in the office. I'm guessing you
don't work with people who eat a lot of curries, otherwise you would have
noticed it a lot sooner. My work has finally relocated to the new building
and after my first full day there, I noticed I was getting sunburnt and
confirmed that the next day. I asked around a bit of other deathly pale
people and they were having the same experience. It's whack when I have to
wear sunscreen in the office and it's not even summer yet. I did raise it
with management and they are getting the windows tinted, but not soon
enough in my book.
I do believe I got the missing digest you were talking about.
In other news, one thing I've always found odd is scented toilet paper.
Think about it for a minute - what's it's purpose and what do you do with
it? Both those answers should be obvious, well, at least in our own
countries. I always think, "What's the point?". Glad you asked, I'm getting
to it. I stocked up when shopping a few weeks ago and just grabbed my usual
brand off the shelf and promptly stuck it away in a cupboard. I had reason
to open the new pack last Sunday night and was hit by the smell (this was
no mean feat since I'd just had a sneezing fit). I took a closer look at
the label and it said "rose scented".
A rose by any other name might not smell as sweet and in this case it's
true. Monday morning I opened the door to the smallest room in the house
and was overpowered by the stench of a field of roses (with not a dark
tower to be seen). But I ask you, is it right for your arse to smell of
roses? I know some people think that's the case with them, but what are
poor little doggies going to think when they come to sniff your butt? What
about bees?!!! Personally, I'm glad there aren't any thorns to go with the
scent. I also noticed when last I shopped they also had lavender scented
bog roll. I bet I know someone that's already tried that.
The world has gone mad, I tell ya.
Brian
