Subject: blast it, you guys! :P

        okay, that does it, I've HAD IT.

        this place is too freaking slow and quiet. why is everyone so...
silent? (me included) come on, let's give this list some more life!
        here, I'll start by asking a question that I want everyone else
(save for those of us who lurk regularly anyway) to answer. I'll answer
it too.

        do you consider it a waste of time to go to college (or
university), not for the degree, but to give yourself something to do?

        I don't. I'm actually going to go back to school at a different
school to make up a few bad grades that I'd gotten when I first went
there and didn't want to be there at the time so that I can get into yet
another school that I'm considering for my video production degree (which
has become excruciatingly painful to even bother with at the Art
Institute. I tell ya, unless you've got $45,000 that you want to simply
throw away on a two year degree, DO NOT GO THERE.).

        furthermore, when you're suffering from depression/anxiety
related problems (like I am) and doing nothing but spending day in and
day out in your room, it's good for you to get out and do something,
whether it's school, a job, or volunteer work somewhere.
        thoughts? opinions?
